Have been physically present in the U.S. when applying.
Have been undocumented or had expired immigration status as of June 15, 2012.
Have been in school, graduated from high school (or obtained a GED), or been honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces or Coast Guard.
Have not been convicted of a significant misdemeanor, felony, otherwise pose a threat to public safety or national security.
